I have been studying breathwork, various healing modalities, spiritual practices and creative arts for 15+years. After years of unexplained pain, extreme sensitivities and physical suffering I was guided to discover the deeper roots of illness rooted in trauma and blocked energy flow.

It was in the breaking open that I found answers. Called by something higher than myself to leave everything behind in Austin, Tx I embarked on a journey to the City of Angels. I trained with top Masters in specific trauma integration techniques and found the powerful practice of breath. If you ask me for the real story, I will tell you— the truth is the Breath found me.

Breathwork and shadow work profoundly impacted my own life & healing so now my mission is to catalyze change, spark creative flow, and share these gifts with the world. It came to me in a vision after one of my first Breathwork classes that I was meant to inspire a movement- and thus FREEFLOW was born!

WHAT IS FREEFLOW?

It is a movement to revolutionize mental health & “End the War on Feeling.” to Stop resisting, stop fighting to "Feel Better", and instead Get "Better at feeling!”

In this movement, instead of asking, "What is wrong with you?" we ask, "What happened to you?"

We create beauty in the world in any way we can and curate experiences that catalyze flow and use tools such as Freeflow Breathwork, Freeflow Integration (a specific trauma integration technique), and other energy medicine tools to become more whole versions of ourselves and re-ignite the creative power within! Everyone and everything in this universe is your mirror and your teacher so using these powerful methods together in community amplifies the impact! We host workshops, social gatherings, creative events with art/music/etc, and Breathwork Journeys and plan to continue to grow!
